IF YOU ARE BORN AGAIN YOU ARE A MISSIONARY!

    I personally do not believe that Jesus ever called people to be part-time believers or disciples.  I hear a lot of preachers distinguishing those that are called to the “full time ministry” and those that are not.  We are all called to become FULL TIME FOLLOWERS of Chirst.

    I also believe that every believer is a son/daughter of God and just as Jesus was sent for a mission, that every child of God also has a mission, making all believers missionaries.  You could be called to Africa or across the street.  Either way we are supposed to abandon the ways of this world so that we can devote our entire life and live fully in His Kingdom for the mission He has called us to accomplish.
 
    This website is a documentary of what the Lord has done, and is doing in my life.  In October of 2005 my wife and I felt the Lord leading us down a path.  At first we thought it was a path of our own creation, but we quickly found out that it was Jesus trying to get us on His path, which, if you remember, is the narrow one.

    This website is, in all reality, a little premature. Reason being, the Lord hasn't put me in His work just yet. But, I have received His call and I am in the process of positioning myself so that I can enter into it.  The space between receiving your call to fulfilling it is a big gap.  Everybody's path may look a little different, but the end result will always be the same, those that forsook the things and ways of this world and entered fully into the Kingdom of God in this lifetime.

    I think it's beneficial for me to begin this now so that people can see the process and perhaps learn from it and maybe even be encouraged to follow the Lord with everything they have. There are a lot of practicalities to the process, money (probably being the foremost issue), family, ability, how-to, etc. I have gone through some of each to a small degree and I think it's important to be transparent and walk through it openly and let others see.

    Let's wake up as a church and let's start doing the teachings of Jesus.
 
    Many people ask us, "What are you going to do?  What is your ministry?".  It's the same call Jesus put on His disciples 2000 years ago, it hasn't changed:

Matthew 10:7-8
"As you go, preach this message: 'The kingdom of heaven is near.' 
Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received, freely give. "

    It's just that simple.  We're going to GO, preach "The Kingdom of God is here now.", and demonstrate it with signs  following.

    It was in November of 2005 that the Lord hit me with Luke 14:25-35. In it Jesus gives 3 qualifications for becoming His disciples. This is a record of my efforts to follow after Him.
