When we started this path in October 2005 and I can still remember sitting on the couch in the den with Joeleen. She said, "Why couldn’t we just travel all the time and live out of an R.V.?" It was weird to think about. "Can we do that?" Was what we kept asking each other. We have a 3 year old, a dog, 2 cats, we live close to all of our family, what about our house, how would we make money, how can we afford an R.V., were just some of the concerns…and still are for the most part.
It wasn’t but a few days after we made the decision to follow Jesus completely that we were given a 99 Chevy Silverado free! Joeleen’s mom said God had been telling her for a couple of months to give us the truck, it wasn’t until after we made the decision (which she didn’t know about) that she actually gave it to us. That was a blessing and a nice confirmation. Also, my son had a seizure right after this decision was made, that was an attack…but still a nice confirmation that we were becoming a threat to the devil. We made it through the situation fine.
So, here it is, exactly 1 year later and what has happened?? We have our R.V.! It was a blessing from Joeleen’s mom and dad in Oklahoma City. So, here are some of the pictures of me working on it (it’s a little older so it needs a few repairs, no sweat though!).

[…] So, it’s off we go. We don’t really know what we’re doing past a couple of weeks…but we figure from the above verse that we’re in good company! We’ve hooked up the trailer and now we’re off to OKC to try to finish the repairs so we can begin living in it. […]

Thanks for visiting the site! It’s a good question. For the past year we’ve been in preparation and we’ve been breaking ourselves away from the bonds of this world so that when we are told where we are going to go, we will be free to do so.
Heb 11:8 - By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going.
For right now I believe we are called to be American Missionaries. Preaching the gospel from city to city. There seems to be a grass roots movement of raw soldiers for the Lord being equipped to preach the gospel in power and in demonstration. It’s almost like one last chance for the church in America to wake up out of their slumber and pick up the comission of the Lord to go and preach the gospel.
Again, thanks for stopping by the site and leaving a comment.
